Larsson turned 2 this month so he was jumping for joy celebrating his birthday! 🎂 Larsson wants to thank everyone for all their birthday messages and presents (Squeaky toys!) as well as having a well earned day off from coaching with me! 🥳
Sunday 10th October marked World Mental Health Day. It was great to see mental health getting this recognition, but it's something we should be focusing on daily because your health (Both physical and mental) is your wealth! 💰💰💰 I can't emphasise it enough, that exercise is fantastic for your mental health so make sure you're continuing to get to classes, into the gym or outdoors even when the days get shorter. Plus, don't forget if you need any help I'm just a message away!
